In the past 2 years, I have known 6 people die in 2 accidents involving a civic. People keep telling me they are safe. I don't believe it. I've heard of stories of people walking away in an accident in a 300zx when they flipped it 5 times in a ditch. My friend was killed by a civic because contents inside the civic flew out when the car split in half. An old friend of mine was driving the car. The contents was a keg, and hit my friend in the head in a car that wasn't involved with the accident. Well, if you say that it was because there was a head on impact. The car the civic hit wasn't even totaled. The old lady driving suffered no injuries. There were a total of 3 deaths in that accident because the two people next to the keg flew into the river and drown (if other injuries didn't kill them first). And not even a month ago, my neighbor was killed in a civic the flipped over. Her and her boyfriend were just about to graduate high school and go to Med school at UF. She was the nicest person I knew, and now her life was taken because of an unsafe car. Her boyfriend was driving and lost control in the rain. If you build a car that goes triple digits, at least make it safe. That is why I buy Nissan. Am I allowed to dislike Honda? I don't believe any of their cars are safe. Their best selling car isn't, why would I believe that they put an effort for safety in any other car they produce?
